WebDec 2, 2005 · There are plenty of excellent pclasses. Elemental Savant is ok, but you give up a lot of versatility in your attack spells. Most of the classes in Complete Arcane are ok to excellent (and yes, as the poster above noted, Initiate of the 7fold Veil is a great class). WebDec 6, 2024 · Overall, you should delay the dedication. In 3.5, the earliest you could take this was like level 10, but this is now level 4. You should lower the number of feats/features, make it scale from 10-20. Or if you keep it as earlier, gate new veils behind class feats, so it requires a larger investment.

WebMoktar has the Daylight spell learned (a level 3 spell with the Fire descriptor). As long as he has not used up this spell, he may cast a Firey burst at 6d6 damage on a square at will as a standard action (6d6 because level 6 is the minimum level a cleric must be in order to be able to cast Daylight, IIRC).
