WebI don't have experience on Fellhound but i do have Bellower. Bellower is top-tier farmer but for him to perform you really need superb gear on him. CR 100% is a must and upwards of 100% Crit Damge is basically needed. So if you're able to gear Bellower he can farm Brutal 12-3 as fast as 7 seconds - there's a video of it somewhere here.
