The differences are minor IMO. Buying without playing is something I don't recommend. But I'm a huge Gibson acoustic guitar fan. I've played a few Hummingbirds. I also have a J-45- they are beautiful- warm, woody sound, feel, tone. Totally different from a Martin but the 2 go together well.
