WebbI don’t feel it much when leg pressing, and don’t feel it at all when doing abductors, adductors, hamstring, calf, or quad exercises. Walking or running also doesn’t seem to be affected. I do however feel the pain (more of an ache than a pinch) when standing and raising my left leg to a 90° angle, and more so when I turn that same leg outwards.

Foundational strength must first be developed.
