Webb1 feb. 2024 · As far as I understand, first we need to make the path to the folders in the Archive document library similar to the path to the main document library, and then move the files older than two years into the document library. I am having problems creating a new folder path to the Archive document libraries. WebbNot sure if this is okay with ToS but we will usually create an Archive user account with an M365 Basic license and migrate old SP data to that mailbox's OneDrive. We'll then provide access to the files as needed. Each basic license gets 1TB of personal storage that doesn't count against the SP totals, so it does help.
